Cucumber Yogurt Dip
Tired of spicy, heavy dips? If you are, then look no further than this light and refreshing dip.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, peeled and shredded
- 1 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
Directions
- Mix cucumber, yogurt, salt, and garlic together in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve with vegetables, chips, or crackers.
