Flounder Fillets with Lime and Basil
Recipe from Seafood Delaware Style
Ingredients
- 2 Tbs margarine
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 Tbs lime juice
- 1 lb flounder fillets
Directions
- Melt margarine in a medium fry pan. Stir in basil and lime juice. Coat flounder with mixture. Cook in pan on medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side until fish is opaque throughout.
