Massaged Baby Greens
You can also use this method with firm, adult greens—they will just have more of a bite to them.
Ingredients
- 1 large bunch baby mixed greens (like kale, collards, turnip greens, or chard)
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tsp olive oil
Directions
- Wash and spin dry greens.
- Top with salt and olive oil and rub with hands until greens get shiny and slightly wilted.
