Romano Cheesy Oven Fries
Savor dinner with a side of these cheese fries—add rosemary for added flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs russet potatoes
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Scrub potatoes with vegetable brush under cold running water. Cut lengthwise into ½-inch-wide strips.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with oil to coat.
- Arrange potatoes in single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes, turn potatoes with spatula. Continue to bake until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes longer.
- Turn fries into a large bowl. Add cheese and salt and toss well to coat.
