Strawberry Dough Boy Smoothie
Overnight oats in a scrumptious strawberry smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 1/2 banana
- 3 strawberries
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 dash cinnamon
- Added in the Morning1/4 cup whole milk
- Optional Toppings1/2 banana, sliced
- Granola
- Coconut butter
- Toasted coconut chips
Directions
- Stir together oats, milk, chia seeds, banana, strawberries, salt, and cinnamon.
- Pour in blender. Do not blend, just stir. Set blender in fridge overnight.
- In the morning, add more milk and blend.
- Add toppings you desire and eat.
