Strawberry Midnight Shortcake
An easy take on a classic—store-bought chocolate cupcakes encase whipped cream and juicy strawberries.
Ingredients
- 1 lb strawberries
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 4 jumbo chocolate cupcakes
- Whipped cream
Directions
- Rinse the strawberries, then remove tops and slice.
- Place the sliced berries in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar.
- Slice jumbo chocolate cupcakes in half and stack on the sweetened strawberries.
- Put a dollop of whipped cream on top of the strawberries and finish off by placing the other half of the chocolate cupcake on top.
- Garnish with more strawberries and serve.
