Yes. Both the Prevention and the Reversal diets are vegetarian.
Eating Out
Focus on what you can eat: as many fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes as you want. Since low-fat foods are the goal, make sure to request your food be prepared without added fat, and choose grilled and baked foods instead of those that are fried or sautéed.
