Yes. The program encourages eating fish no more than once a day, poultry no more than once a week, and red meat no more than once a month.
Eating Out
Choose vegetarian or seafood entrees. Ask for your foods to be prepared without added fats or oils. Avoid salty appetizers and condiments, and favor fruit desserts like baked apples and sorbet over rich dairy- or chocolate-based desserts.
