Yes. Both food plans can be adapted for vegetarians using the recipes and guides provided by the Weight Watchers program.
Eating Out
Both the Flex Plan and the Core Plan can be followed when eating out. Both plans also offer a weekly allowance that makes room for special occasions, special treats, or eating out, which help you indulge occasionally without going off the diet.
