Examples include azole antifungals (such as ketoconazole), bosentan, cyclosporine, efavirenz, etravirine, modafinil, nafcillin, HIV protease inhibitors (such as atazanavir), rifamycins (such as rifampin), certain drugs used to treat seizures (such as carbamazepine, phenytoin), St. John's wort, among others.
