Drug interactions may change how your medications work or increase your risk for serious side effects. This document does not contain all possible drug interactions. Some products that may interact with this drug include: cholestyramine, warfarin, drugs affecting the liver (such as methotrexate), other drugs that weaken the immune system (such as cyclosporine, tacrolimus).
This medication can slow down the removal of other medications from your body, which may affect how they work. Examples of affected drugs include ketorolac, tovorafenib, among others.

Because teriflunomide (used to treat multiple sclerosis) is very similar to this medication, do not take it while you are taking leflunomide.
