Examples include adagrasib, aprepitant, avacopan, azole antifungals (such as ketoconazole, itraconazole), conivaptan, macrolide antibiotics (such as clarithromycin, erythromycin), mifepristone, nefazodone, ritonavir, treosulfan, among others.
