Examples include azole antifungals (such as itraconazole, ketoconazole), macrolide antibiotics (such as clarithromycin), rifamycins (such as rifabutin, rifampin), ritonavir, St. John's wort, some drugs used to treat seizures (such as carbamazepine, phenobarbital, primidone), among others.
