From semi-sweet to unabashedly sweet with strawberry, raspberry, and mild citrus notes. Typically light, bright, and refreshing with often a tiny touch of spritz.
Food Pairings
Picnic fare, grilled chicken with lemon, pasta or lettuce salads, chicken burgers, fish.
Buying, Storing, & Serving
White Zinfandel should be served chilled but not ice cold.
This is ready to drink when released and will not taste right if aged more than one year
Store bottles in a cool, dark place. While it is now common for wine makers to use plastic corks or screw-top closures which may be stored vertically or horizontally, those with the traditional corks should be laid on their sides to keep them moist.
