Baked Chicken Breast with Stewed PeachesFor an easy, elegant meal, pair mild-tasting chicken with fruit. The peaches by themselves are amazing (they could double as dessert!), but when cooked with the chicken produce a lovely dish with absolutely no butter or oil.
