Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken breasts, thighs and drumsticks
  • 1 Tbs fresh chopped ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1-3 habaneros or jalapenos stemmed and seeded (use gloves)
  • 2 Tbs soy sauce
  • 3 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 Tbs salt
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 cups R.W. Knudsen Cider and Spice

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  • Put chicken into a couple of large zip lock bags and divide marinade between them. Refrigerate overnight.
  • Preheat gas grill to medium heat.
  • Remove chicken from marinade.
  • Grill until chicken is cooked through and well browned on all sides, 20-30 minutes.
