Lifestyle changes that may help reduce the risk of bone problems include doing weight-bearing exercise, getting enough calcium and vitamin D, stopping smoking, and limiting alcohol. Discuss with your doctor lifestyle changes that might benefit you. StorageStore the unopened bottle upright in the original container at room temperature away from light and moisture. After opening, store the bottle upright in the refrigerator. Do not freeze. After the bottle is opened, throw away any unused medication after 3 months. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep all medications away from children and pets. Do not flush medications down the toilet or pour them into a drain unless instructed to do so.
